6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

- All content created by Evoxify AI Studios/Evoxify Inc., including but not limited to videos, images, and graphics will be utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) technologies for production.
- Any resemblance to real people, living or deceased, is purely coincidental. Evoxify AI Studios/Evoxify Inc. does not intentionally create likenesses of individuals without consent.
- Clients acknowledge and accept that AI-generated visuals may inadvertently produce results resembling real individuals or entities. • Evoxify AI Studios/Evoxify Inc. shall not be held liable for claims or disputes arising from perceived similarities to any person, brand, or entity in the AI-generated content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
